PURPOSE/GENERAL SUMMARY:
To assist and prepare for General Accountant & Admin ‘s review on Admin, HR
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Arrange accommodation, visa, tickets, car etc. for customers, visitors & staff travel at the most reasonable costs and timely manner for approval.
• Track and order office equipment and supplies.
• Maintain records and files.
• Prepare attendance log for F&A Assistant (South) consolidation
• Provide supporting relating to travel & admin arrangement to Accounting department for payment process
• Provide administration support to all foreign associates for entry visa/ work permit application process.
• Support the supervisors to administer employment agreement, leave record, and other HR record for all associates.
• Support the supervisors on payroll, insurance, tax and others HR’ related
• Support the supervisors on recruitment, HR & Admin legal updating
• Assist on Admin, HR/ad-hoc tasks such as staff birthday, company party/events etc.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University graduate or equivalent
• Minimum 2-5 years of relevant working experience
• Good customer service orientation
• Proactive and able to work under pressure to meet tight timelines
• Excellent organizational, and multi-tasking abilities, high attention to details & confidentiality, well-organized, can-do attitude & responsibility.
• Average command of both spoken and written English
• Proficiency in MS office, AX experience is a plus
• Minimum 2-5 years of relevant working experience
• Good customer service orientation
