Mô tả công việc
Take in charge:
1. Recruitment
- Build up the worker sources for recruitment at the peak season
- Maintain the candidate database
- Control the headcount budget and recruitment procedure
- Implement the job posting, CV screening, interview & selection processes.
2. Administration
- Manage the canteen operation
- Control the Plant housekeeping
- Utilize the transportation arrangement and management
- Control the stationary, uniform purchase
- Support expatriates on the residence in Vietnam (entry visa, work permit, temporary residence)
- Control the office equipment status and purchase
3. Time attendance management
- Weekly control the employee time sheet
- Ensure the OT registered and processed properly

Yêu cầu ứng viên
The requirements for selection:
- At least 1 year experience working in manufacturing plant as Adm/HR staff
- Understand the Admin, recruitment jobs
- Well organization, detail and coordination
- Other requirements: Good English, good MS office
- Willing to daily travel to working place at Tien Son - Bac Ninh (pick up by Company bus)
