Summary of Job Purpose
• Plan and manage the operation related to HR, to conform to company policies and business objectives.
• Develop and implement policies, strategic plans and tactical changes on Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Administration services, Training & Development, Succession Planning, Labor Relation and Safety.
• Design the reporting methods for generating personnel statistics that permit the management to control employee utilization.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor’s degree in HR management, social, science and other related fields.
• Minimum 8 years experience in HR field, with at least 3 years at a management level
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Computer literacy
• Self-motivation, Initiative, team spirit and strong leadership
• Be a single HR contact point for each offices in VN.
• Able to work independently
