Mô tả công việc
1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions;
3. Recruits, interviews, tests and provides counseling to managers on candidate selection to fill vacant positions;
4. Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs to foster positive attitude toward Company goals. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs;
5. Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations. Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover;
6. Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures regarding social responsibility book, compensation, and employee benefits,… Consults legal counsel to ensure that policies comply with local law.
7. Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance. Studies legislation and collective bargaining contracts to assess industry trends.
8. Writes and delivers presentations to government officials regarding human resources policies and practices.
9. Bridges management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
10. Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
11. Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees. Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization;
12. Analyzes wage by conducting periodic pay surveys and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan.
13. Administers benefits programs such as health and accident insurance, pension plans, vacation and employee assistance. Studies and assesses benefit needs and trends to recommend benefit programs to management.
14. Prepares budget of human resources and administration operations.
15. Supervises monthly salary payroll, daily attendance, overtime, maternity, annual leave, medical, social insurance, employees’ benefit, and compensation, labor contract of employees.
16. Supervises accidents investigation and reports for insurance agent. Coordinates Safety Committee meetings.
17. Contracts with outside suppliers to provide employee services, such as temporary employees.
18. General administration: control transportation, food, security, courier, telephone, taxi, office equipment maintenance services.
19. Administers company legal procedure such as investment license, branches licenses, firefighting license; environmental license.
20. Supervises office facility and stationery and engineering items purchase for factory.
21. Supervises sanitary, meals, security guards, drivers and cleaners.
22. Organize events, conference, travel trip and party on special occasions for company
23. Supervise process for expats include work permit, visa, resident card and facilities (accommodation, vehicle)
24. Writes and implement ISO, CTPAT, BRC for human resource operations and in charge of these audits.
25. Maintains and develops company human resource operation complies with SMETA regulation and conducts audit periodically.
