HR & ADM Manager

Responsibilities:
-- Leading the HR department; coordinating with other departments in the company to plan human resources: tracking and audit information of manpower of the company, making templet job description for each position of employees, planning and arranging the recruitment to ensure qualified staff, right person, right job, and fit company’s culture.
-- Ensuring the implementation and application of all HR systems and policies, managing overall compensation and benefit programs, setting up salary regulations, bonus under KPI, remuneration policies, benefits; Attracting and retaining talents, stimulating and motivating employees be engrossed in work.
-- As a bridge between employees and employers. Suggesting disciplinary rules and overseeing the implementation of such provisions. Suggesting measures to discipline as well as other forms of reward. Advsing and recommending to the Managing Director promptly, amending and supplementing the company text to conform to the civil law, business law, labor law, insurance law etc.
-- Environment, Health and Safety Management (EH&S) and plant security management.

-- Male/female, above 32 years old.
-- University graduated in related field.
-- Have 5 - 10 years of experience in the similar position in manufacturing company.
-- Have knowlege about ISO/TS16949 and ISO14001.
-- Have experience in automotive industry is preferable.
-- Proficient in English, Good knowledge of MS (word, excel…).
-- Good and strong leadership skill on communication, presentation, interpersonal skill and others those are necessary to do this job without conflict.
