Job Summary:
To create human resource plan, implement HR policies, meet requirement of company’s development, establish and maintain harmonious oranganiztions, improve employee’s satisfaction;
Establish administration management system, rules and regulations; enbrace company brand and company culture, coordinate the public relationship.
Job Contents:
1、Establish and develop a high quality and efficiency HR department to meet the requirement of tremendous development and rapid expansion of the company.
2、Manage the whole HR department to ensure the HR department effectively serve for the needs of the entire organization.
3、Lead organization-wide HR programs and initiatives such as salary review, manpower planning, change management and performance management programs etc to improve the satisfaction of employees.
4、Calculate the salary every month and insure the salary to be paid timely, and individual tax declaration.
5、Administration affairs such as assets management, administration reception…etc.
6、Maintain a good relationship with the local government.
7、Organize employee activities, establish company culture, improve employee satisfaction.
8、Other tasks assigned by Plant Manager.

1. Strategic thinking, able to establish and integrate different working teams.
2. Willing to face chanllenges. Strong ability of planning and implementation.
3. Good communications and coordinate skills.
4. Working under pressure.

Education Background:Human resource, Business Management and relavent major, bachelor degree or above.
Training: human resource management, labor law, management skill development and relative subject.
Experience: 5 years or above manufacturing factory HR or relative experience
Skills:
1、With a solid theoretical basis of human resource management; Familiar with the state and local law and policy about labor contract, salary policy, employment and social benefits, etc.
2、Good communication skill and team work.
3、Rich experience in human resource plan, recruitment, salary and compensation design, performance assessment, training and changes management.
4、Basic process and product knowledges.
5、Familiar with Office software and basic computer skills.
6、Good English in writing, speaking and reading skill, Mandrian speaking is a plus.
