The Human Resources and Administration Manager is responsible to provide a high quality and professional expertise in Human Resources to ensure that the HR functions proactively enables and support the achievement of Linfox Transport Quang Binh company 's operation objectives. These involve in employment, manpower planning and managing, employee movement, benefits and compensation, labor relations, personnel administration, training and development. This position is also responsible for the overall execution & management of Admin and Procurement activities related to the site operations
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, business administration or related field
- Good skill in Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, PowerPoint & ability to pick up a HR full functional programmer
- Good communication & writing skills in Vietnam and English
- Understanding of Labor Legislation
- 2-3 years of experience in HR Management for foreign enterprise
- Demonstrated knowledge of all applicable HR laws and regulations
- Good skill in Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, PowerPoint & ability to pick up a HR full functional programmer
- Good communication & writing skills in Vietnam and English

- 2-3 years of experience in HR Management for foreign enterprise
