Mô tả công việc

HR Activities in Vietnam

• Recruiting new staff as per organizational requirements: Placing adverts, headhunting via social media, screening candidates and interviewing.
• Onboarding new staff, organizing contracts and setting them up on company systems.
• Tracking HR Metrics and sharing data with the senior management team.
• Track employee attendance and keep accurate records of leave and absence.
• Process payroll accurately and completely
• Assists with record keeping of disciplinary actions resulting from non-compliance of company policies
• Ensure all staff data is kept up to date and accurate

Accounting activities in Vietnam:

• Collect invoices and related documents
• Make daily transactions and record in accounting software systems/applications
• Prepare internal report and tax report
• Control balance sheet, financial statement, account receivable and payable, cashflow
• Responsible for tax compliance matters: tax declaration, tax payments, VAT declaration, corporate income tax and PIT payment,…
• Liaise with banks, authorities and other parties for any financial matters.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting and submission of monthly/periodic financial and management reports
• Assist Director in completion of the month end closing process and in preparing the standard financial reporting pack including detailed performance analysis as required.
• Other administrative tasks assigned by the Director.

Liaise with the Finance Department in UK to:

• Ensure day-to-day operations of overall accounting and financial activities in Vietnam office.
• Ensure that financial transactions in Vietnam office are properly updated and recorded.
• Prepare accounting documents and monthly schedules.
• Prepare reconciliations such as bank and debtor/creditor reconciliations.
• Prepare reports for external reporting (e.g. statutory annual financial statements).
• Prepare monthly cash flow and company budget (responsible for accounting activities in Vietnam office)
• Ensure proper recording of information & financial data
• Perform other accounting/finance related duties or tasks as assigned from time to time
• Provide assistance to the auditors and handle matters raised by the auditors.
• Prepare budgeting and forecasting, which is in accordance with operating plans and company policies (responsible for accounting activities in Vietnam office)
• Monitor monthly actual results against the budget.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• At least Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Management, Finance, Banking, Economics, Accountancy, Auditing and other relevant fields
• At least 3 - 5 years relevant HR experience in multi-national companies
• Prepare Trial Balance Manually (Excel)
• Experience in VAS/ IFRS.
• Experience in using accounting software: Misa, Fast, Xero, etc is an advantage.
• Excellent computer skills in using Microsoft Office Applications (especially in using Excel, Powerpoint)
• High degree of integrity and professionalism
• Being proactive, independent and able to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Good command of English (both spoken and written)
