Mô tả công việc

CSVC needs to find potential candidates (02 people) for Human Resource Administrator positions.
The candidates need to have experiences with at least one of fields as below:
• Recruitment issue
• Business trip arrangement for employees (including e-ticket and hotel booking)
• Training issues
• Employee award & punishment
• ISO issue (company audit/ customer audit)
• Trade Union Issues
• Support foreigners (including apply WP, RC &VISA)

Yêu cầu ứng viên

a. Education/Certification:
• A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field is a minimum requirement for this position.

b. Knowledge/Experience:
• Have more than 2 years experienced in HR field.
• Have knowledge about ERP will be an advantage
• Having experience working in the manufacture factory will be preferred.

c. Abilities and Skills
• Excellent verbal and written English, communication skills (both English & Vietnamese).
• Being careful, honest, flexible, reliable and detailed working
• Microsoft Office (especially excel skill)
• Chinese/ Japanese ability is preferred.
