Mô tả công việc
- Recruitment: preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates, training orientation for new staffs and etc.
- In charge of Payroll, PIT Tax and Insurance.
- In charge of Visa, Work Permit… for expat
- Work closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting Office Manager to understand and implement policies and procedures.
- Support Restaurant Manager with the day to day operations, translation and etc.
- Provide HR services and HR consultation to all employees.
- Work closely with authorities concerned (Fire Fighting, environment, Labor, Safety food…)
- Support to maintenance equipment, furniture…
- Support restaurant promotion activity
- Other task

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Probation: 2 month (85% salary)
- Business level English and Native level Vietnamese
- At least 1 year working experience in related field. Have basic knowledge in Recruitment and C&B
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
- PC skills (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
- Work independently and proactively take on new responsibilities where most needed
- Positive attitude and high level of maturity.
- Work from 8:30 to 17:00 – Monday to Friday and Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00, Off 2 Saturday per month (Lunch time 30 min)
Salary and benefits:
- Salary: negotiate
- 13th month salary
- Mandatory insurance according to Labor Law
- 12 annual leave per year with full paid
