Mô tả công việc
1/ Switchboard:
• Answer and route telephone calls
• Take and handle messages
• Check and verify the telephone bills received from the HCMC post office; make monthly reports on telephone calls by departments
2/ Reception:
• Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate person or department
• Provide information and assistance to clients and customers
• Answer inquiries for the general public
• Schedule appointments when requested
• Maintain conference room schedules
• Receive or send out messenger / courier items and make report for Finance Dept
• Monitor the fax receipt and delivery
3/ Administration:
• Order and deliver stationeries upon request of the Departments, making report of usage
• Apply visa/passport for employees and company guest if required
• Arrange taxi Card, Grab Car
• May assist to legal paper works
