• Overall HR and administration operations of the company including but not limited to recruitment, performance evaluation, worker discipline, training and welfare
• Review, recommend and implement pay structure, benefits and compensation
• Implement and update HR policies and procedures.
• Manage Social compliance audits conducted by third party auditors
• Assisting in identifying organizational training and development needs.
• Payroll administration and ensure compliance with labour laws in payroll processing
• Establish good relations with the union.
• Company Security Control and Health & Safety Program

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Graduate in Human Resource or other related disciplines
• 7 -10 years of relevant experience out of which 5 years should be in managerial role
• Experience in HR process, labor law, policy and systems
• Able to speak, write and read English fluently.
• Knowledge of computer and internet
• Strong management skill
• Able to motivate people to meet the target of company.
• Work within deadlines
• Able to conduct basic training for workers.
• Have ability to deal with all levels, both internal and external.
• Problem solving skill
• Able to adapt well in a dynamic environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
