Mô tả công việc
Mission Statement:
As front liner to welcome Company visitors and provide general administration service to department and individual employee.
Main Accountabilities:
• Receiving & welcoming guests in polite and warm manner, direct visitors to their destination
• Recording visitors in guest book and issue visitor cards
• Receiving and distributing incoming phone, fax, mail
• Dealing with all enquiries, including request for company information, in a professional and courteous manner, in person or by telephone
• Sending domestic and overseas mail and package
• Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of reception area
• Reporting any maintenance issues immediately to line manager, including all furniture, fittings, stationary, and equipment
• Managing car booking system and arranging car for business trip
• Providing tea & coffee services
• Handling meeting conference per requests
• Handling equipment & stationery
• Conduct Attendance records, time sheet
• Handling expat liaison like work permit, residency card, business visa etc.
• Support the company events, activities.
• Administration: Purchasing stationeries, office maintenance, pantry, business trip preparation…
• Accounting: Checking taxi, courier, visa invoice etc. before passing to Accounting Department for payment
• Supporting other departments as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Education: Diploma degree in any discipline
- Experience: At least 1 year of working experience as front liner
- Knowledge and Skills:
• Good command of English
• Good communication and phone skills
• Demonstrate customer focus attitude
• Proactive and good team player
• High attention to detail, Well-organized, Can-do attitude, Responsibility and Carefulness
• Able to multitasks and work with minimum supervision
Short term contract: 6 months-8 months (replace temp for current staff who on maternity leave)
- Education: Diploma degree in any discipline
