Mô tả công việc
INSUNG HIVINA is looking for a person who will work for HR/Admin position in the Manufacturing office.
Location: Trang Due IZ Hai Phong
Working Time : Mon ~ Sat 08:00 ~ 17:00(Every 1st, 3rd Saturday off)
Salary: negotiable (from 9 million VND)
* Responsibilities
HR
- Recruitment: Post jobs for recruitment, Contact potential candidates to arrange interview, Send interview invitation to candidate.
- Prepare and calculate monthly payroll, insurance, union fee.
- Register new comers or update any changes to Tax authorities, Insurance Department and Labor Union.
- Prepare PIT
- Prepare and make contracts and annex contracts.
- Prepare and make visa, work permit, temporary residence card for expats.
- Prepare and make medical claimed forms for expats, staff.
- Managing absence, disciplinary, grievances, sickness etc.
Admin
- Arrange the meeting room, office car, taxi.
- Maintain and update contact details.
- Ensure facility and office upkeep and maintenance and sufficient supplies to provide good working conditions.
- Plan and order things for Office using such as stationery, office tools & equipment, drinking water, F&B, etc.
- Search, contact, negotiate, sign and carry out the service contracts and handle arising issues during contract execution/implementation.
- Check & record contracts of Offices such as new sign contract, renewal contract, payment.
- Settle payment under the terms and conditions in signed contract as well as the payment regulations of the Company.
- Update the monthly fee and make relevant reports for cost control: taxi, telephone, stationery, postage & courier.
- Other tasks as assigned by director.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor in Business administration/ Accounting/ Human resources management/ Law.
- Good knowledge of current Vietnamese Labor Code, Social Insurance Law, PIT.
- Able to conduct reports, analyze and summarize data.
- Detailed, well-organized and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
- Able to communicate well with all levels of people.
- Good command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word).
- Good written and spoken English.
- Minimum. 3 years experiences in Manufacture (over 30 employees)
- Good knowledge of current Vietnamese Labor Code, Social Insurance Law, PIT.
- Able to conduct reports, analyze and summarize data.
