- Maintenance rules, regulation.. - Performance evaluation
- Manage and implement all welfare policies for employees
- Working permit/ Temporary residence card of foreigner staffs
- Resolve issues between management and employees
- Assist to make annual salary survey in labor market and manage the analysis reporting process application for company policy development
- Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process
- Other job related to HR

• Have 1 - 3 years experienced in HR field.
• Have experience working in the manufacture factory will be preferred.
