Mô tả công việc
- Maintain and deliver daily HR operational activities at factory including HR system (Kronos, Talentlink, Ramco, HR Report …), SHUI support, Onboarding/ Off boarding, Training Logistics and Immigration Process.
- Collaborate with HRBP, Talent Acquisition, internal stakeholders and external vendors/ suppliers as well to improve the effectiveness of HRS activities and employees’ experience.
- Manage HR system, take main responsibility data quality and HR reports.
- Key contact for new hires on boarding program and support training logistics for training activities.
- Manage the immigration process for all global movers.
- Support HR projects.
- Manage HR system, take main responsibility data quality and HR reports & Social Health & Unemployment Insurance.
- Key contact for new hires on boarding program and support training logistics for training activities.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Education: University Degree in HR/ Business Administration
- Working Experience: At least 05 years working experience in payroll, HR system and HR generalist.
- Has manufacturing working environment experience.
- Fluent in oral and written English.
