Mô tả công việc
• To analyze feasibility of potential projects, make recommendations on investment
• To support Manager on making analysis report of on-going projects, Vietnam’s real estate market and market trend
• To translate documents regarding to projects including contracts and reports of partner companies, drawings and master plans of in-charge projects
• To support Korean Managers on daily internal administration tasks such as invoices, transportation, etc
• Other duties assigned by General Director
• To support Manager on making analysis report of on-going projects, Vietnam’s real estate market and market trend
• To translate documents regarding to projects including contracts and reports of partner companies, drawings and master plans of in-charge projects
• To support Korean Managers on daily internal administration tasks such as invoices, transportation, etc
• Other duties assigned by General Director
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Deep knowledge about Vietnam’s real estate market will be highly appreciated
• At least 2-3 year working experience in Investment or Project Development Department for Real Estate Developers.
• Good analytical skill and presentation.
• Have career orientation in the field of real estate
• At least Bachelor’s degree in University (higher degree will be preferred)
• Fluent English is a must
• Good MS office skills
