Housekeeping Manager

- Responsible for the co-ordination of the daily operation of the Housekeeping Department ensuring that all hotel rooms and public areas are maintained in a sanitary and hygienic condition.
- Supervises the records, storage and return of lost and found property
- Ensures all occupied rooms are cleaned and prepared for guests on a daily basis
- Responds to guest requests and immediately handles problems and complaints about all housekeeping functions to maximise guest satisfaction
- Liaise with Front Office and Engineering managers to recommend and co-ordinate all improvements to guest rooms and public areas
- Maintains a high standard of hygiene and sanitation throughout all service areas.
- Maintains required levels of linen materials, equipment and general supplies for the efficient operation of the Housekeeping Department
- Prepares management reports, budgets and monthly statistical reports as required

- Good English communication
- Advanced knowledge of all Housekeeping functions
- Managerial skill
- At least 5 years in hospitality and 3 years as position of Asst. HKM or HKM

- 13th Payment
