Mô tả công việc
Cleaning guest rooms, pantries, public areas, offices and providing related services, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and adhering to and maintaining of the high standards of cleanliness required by the hotel.
- Customer relations
+ Communicate effectively within the organization at all levels using the most appropriate communication method for the matter concerned.
+ Seek communication with guests and keep abreast of their needs and expectations of our service.
+ Answer to all guest requests in a friendly, courteous and efficient way.
- Professional techniques / Production:
+ Have a complete knowledge and understanding of cleaning procedures, cleaning products, cleaning supplies, cleaning equipments and machines to handle proper way
+ Ensure the implementation of all housekeeping policies & procedures.
+ Have knowledge of housekeeping products; implement all housekeeping procedures and standards as stated.
+ Have a good understanding of the hotel’s emergency procedures and ensure implementation of those related to housekeeping department
+ Provide a courteous and professional service at all time.
+ Ensure the standards of cleanliness and orderliness of the working areas.
+ Handle equipments, keys and supplies in proper way.
- Team management and cross-departmental responsibilities: Attend training and meetings when required.
Maintain good relation shift with your colleagues, supervisors and other department
- Hygiene / Personal safety / Environment:
+ Ensures that the workplace remains clean and tidy
+ Knows and applies the hotel's safety regulations (in case of fire etc)
+ Ensures the safety of people and property
+ Respects the hotel's commitments to the ""Environment Charter"" (saving energy, recycling, sorting waste etc)
Have a complete understanding of the room status, completing the information on the worksheet assignment.
Report to the housekeeping supervisor any unusual incidents, complaints, missing or damaged hotel property immediately.
Constantly strive to please all guest of the hotel.
Continuously study and evaluate the operation of housekeeping and suggest improvements to the Executive Housekeeper.
Control guest supplies and cleaning supplies consumption
Handle and record Lost and Found items correctly as stated in the department standards and procedures.

- Education / Professional experience: High school or equivalent education required; Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary languages used in work place
