Mô tả công việc
- Issue invoice and collect the money from customers
- Update current tax regulations.
- Internal report
- Prepare management reports as required
- Check balance for each supplier/customer
- Check SOA of Agent with FWD/Log Dept.
- Input data in the system.
- Check invoice for tax report
- Collecting and checking PO, invoices from suppliers
- Connect to suppliers/customers and internal departments to clear issues/process obligations.
- Check payment document and transaction for payment
- Monthly/ Quarterly Payment Plan.
- Works related to VAT reporting and VAT refund
- General accounting entries and reports.
- Check PL sheet of each shipment
- Other works as assigned

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Age: 25 – 30
- Graduated college/ university.
- 3-4 year’s-experience in general accounting in Logistics / Forwarder field for foreign companies is a plus.
- Understand Vietnamese Tax Law.
- English communication.
- Have the spirit of teamwork, be careful, active and willing to learn.
* Benefit:

- Working time: Monday - Friday and Saturday morning.
