Mô tả công việc
Responsibilities:
- Contract Management:
• Preparing and reviewing legal validity of company and project documents including contracts, agreements, notices and official documents...
• Participating in negotiation, drafting, legal control of investment deals, handling risks in the Company's transactions;
• Check, amend and complete legal documents and transaction documents to ensure compliance with the regulations of real estate law, corporate law, etc. and other regulations of the State;
• Representing the Company to address complaints related to project legal implementation, obligations and responsibilities related to sales contracts, house handover and red book.
• Participating in developing and updating the Documents Database and new regulations in accordance with state regulations. Researching the latest information on real estate legislation to update the project's regulations in time.
• Following the payment of the signed contracts on time, coordinate with related parties to ensure the committed schedule with customers and the payment schedule.
- Customer Service Management:
• Responsible for building customer relationships with customers after sales
• Create plans to address clients’ business needs;
• Building, training, developing the Customer relationship team professionally with Bitexco’s standards;
• Responsible for liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively;
• Monitoring on updating the CRM logs and ensuring account managers are aware of changes within clients;
• Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients;
• Managing in carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews;
• Collaborating with heads of departments/divisions in the company involved in completing house handover process.
- Establish and organize the department's resources to ensure the department's operational efficiency at the optimal cost;
- Other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

Requirements:
• University graduate, holding MBA is a plus. Preferably female candidate (age 32+)
• At least three years working experience in similar level; Experience in real estate sector is essential, other experience outside of the industry is also a plus
• Experience in building Customer relationship program in luxury product segmentation
• Good interpersonal skills, numerical skills and communication skills (English is essential)
• A good “team player”, career-minded and enthusiastic, ready to learn and ready to contribute to the growth of the Department and the Company
