Mô tả công việc
1. Build up Brand Image and Core message through Mar-com activities: work as a Window person to connect with Marketing in Head Office to build up suitable Marketing Plan for North Sales market
- Assess market situation and brand health, identify opportunities and challenges in North Sales Market
- Corporate with strategic advertising partners/ agency, creating ideas and advertising messages to seize opportunities and boost Brand Image/ Reputation in targeted market.
- Implementation of advertising tools including: TVC (advertising films), Key visual images, short films with diffuse nature ...
- Planning integrated communication by choosing effective advertising channels and choosing the right time.
- Discuss and negotiate directly with service providers and external partners to ensure service quality.
2. Support for Marketing activities for Sales Channel upon requests:
- Corporate & discuss with Sales team to come out with short term Marketing plan comply with Sales channel demand
- Planning, budgeting supervising the progress of Short term marketing plan as requested from Sales side

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1) More than 5 years experience in Mar-Com field
2) Have experience in working with Creative Agency for developing Mar-com plan; or directly worked in Creative Agency
3) Bachelor degree or above - Major in Marketing is more preferable
4) Good computer/ office skills: word, excel, powerpoint - Good presentation skills
5) Fluent in spoken & written English; able to present in English
6) Friendly, active, creative
7) More preferable if capable of design
