Mô tả công việc
1. Set-up and manage sales strategy; annual sales plan and sale activities to achieve targeted revenue and goals of Mandala Hotel & Spa;
2. Responsible for managing and supervising operations of the Sales Department in accordance with sales plans to maximize the revenue and occupancy rate
3. Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings; especially Korean and Japanese clients
4. Develops relationships within community to strengthen and expand customer base for sales opportunities
5. Expanding business customers, especially Korean and Japanese companies in Bac Ninh and other cities/provinces
6. Manages and develops relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
7. Represent Hotel in various events and exhibition

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Expats only, preferred Korean candidates
2. University degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Foreign Economic Relations, Hotel Management
3. At least 5 years of experience in similar position, preferred at 5-star hotel
4. Ability to manage and develop business strategies for the Hotel; be able to design and build sale network
5. Ability to work independently, proactively under high pressure
6. Fluency in Korean & English, knowing Japanese is a plus
