[HOT JOB] Quality Production Supervisor/ Chuyên Viên Chất Lượng Sản Xuất

* ROLE / ASSIGNMENT
- Maintain the quality assurance process to ensure the stability of product specification before sending it to customer
- Lead quality controller to reach the quality object of company.
- Set up action plan to follow up corrective/preventive action till it closes for all issue finding with all level of production department for avoiding this issue happens.
* RESPONSIBILITY AND TASK
- Evaluate, digest and understand of test result and product specification to cancel any risk of customer claim;
- Use quality tool and statistical methods for continuous improvement program
- Work and communicate closely with related production departments in order to maintain company’s working process/procedure in proper direction way.

- Graduated from University in a technical discipline with more than 5 year in quality experience in manufacturing company.
- English fluently
- Ability to identify potential problems and define appropriate contingency plans to mitigate probability of occurrence.
- Proficient in use of structured problem solving and statistical analysis tools.
- Demonstrated leadership capability, especially discernment and accountability, to develop a high performing team and influence colleagues
