[Hot Job] Operations Coordinator

Overview
An exciting and challenging position exists as an Operations Coordinator in DFO Global Performance Commerce's HCMC office. Reporting to our Junior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day setup, optimization, and reporting of affiliate marketing campaigns. In this role, you will be ensuring that all campaigns are tracking correctly, you’ll act as a primary point of contact for ad operation issues with clients and our sales teams, and you will work with account management to communicate performance and optimizations to our clients. You will also be assisting with website optimization and CRO.

Key Responsibilities
• Setting up clients, offers, and marketing campaigns in our various systems and platforms
• Communicating technical and performance requirements to our various clients
• Working and coordinating with a global ad operations and sales team
• Acting as a primary point of contact with ad operations issues, including troubleshooting and set-up
• Reporting on marketing data, and analyzing whether or not performance KPIs are being met

• Marketing, sales, and/or customer service experience, or related education
• Knowledge and understanding of HTML, CSS, and Javascript
• Strong communication in English
• Strong aptitude with Microsoft Excel
• Proven analytic and creative skills
• You are performance-driven, want to take on a high level of responsibility, and work in a high paced, high-growth environment
