[Hot Job] Legal Staff

- Assist team leader in effective and efficient management of the legal process, provision of legal advisory services; ensuring effective management of legal and contractual risks, and handling legal procedures in line with constantly changing laws and business requirement of company
- Support business functions of company in designing, preparing, reviewing, providing comments and consultancy of contracts, agreements, etc to ensure all these documents are in line with the prevailing laws of Vietnam and company regulations
- Assist Manager and team leader for any legal proceeding before the courts, government agencies or other authorities. Implementation of group-guidelines, local law and directives including training and information activities
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors

REQUIREMENT
- Graduated from university, major in law faculty
- At least 4 years of working experience in legal field
- Good command at English
- Able to work under pressure, pro-active, positive and logical thinking
- Good at communication & negotiation skill
- Excellent at computer skill: word, excel, power point

WORKING CONDITIONS
- Working time: 8:00 ~ 16:45, off 2 Saturdays/ month
- Working place: Terumo Vietnam co., ltd; Quang Minh Industrial park, Chi Dong, Me Linh, Hanoi
