[Hot Job] General Accountant

- Main Tasks
• Perform bank, daily general ledger bookkeeping and reconciliation
• Prepare cost allocation and month-end journals
• Prepare statutory accounts
• Invoicing to other group companies
• AR - AP reconciliation and following up with tk group companies & produce overdue report
• Provide financial information and interpretations
• Cost controlling for contracts, projects and company costs
• Liaise with the banks/ tax dept for any update, registration, amendment procedures or problem solving if required
• Providing back up support to other team members in their absence when required;
• Preparation of forecasts and budget planning if required
• Handle group reporting according to IFRS (periodical financial report, OPL, Budget,…) if being trained and assigned
• Conducting other tasks as required by Line Manager

- Education: Bachelor/Master Degree (accounting related study)
- Experience (Work): At least 5 years of related working experience
- Competencies:

• Strong level of resilience, tenacity, flexibility and initiative
• Ability to communicate and work effectively with internal and external individuals
- Skills:
• Experiences in accounting software (Sun Systems, SAP) and MS Office
• Very good English skills
• Very good communication skills
