Overview
Reporting to our Upper Management Team, you will be identifying opportunities within each campaign to improve performance. The day-to-day tasks include creating, setting up, and launching paid social media campaigns, as well as display, search, and/or native campaigns. This includes analyzing campaign data, optimizing performance, and coming up with new marketing strategies.
The ideal candidate is extremely passionate in marketing and branding – constantly thinking of creative new ideas. You value integrity and are performance driven; you take ownership and show initiative in everything you do.

Key Responsibilities
● Plan, manage, and execute digital media buys across a variety of ad platforms for multiple markets and clients simultaneously;
● Act as a key person in charge of digital path;
● Continuously monitor campaign performance and return-on-ad-spend (ROAS), while suggesting and executing ongoing optimization strategies to hit and exceed assigned KPIs;
● Leverage Google Analytics and other tools to review traffic performance and provide ongoing optimization suggestions;
● Create and analyze campaign performance reports to inform relevant teams at DFO;
● Prepare research and insights to inform ongoing media recommendations;
● Manages budget allocations and bid parameters to deliver most efficient results;
● Maintain strong media and technology vendor relationships and act as a resource for industry data and trends;
● Constantly learn and experiment new effective bidding, ad placement, and management techniques;
● Manage and leverage each campaign’s risk and loss pool for ongoing testing and experimentation;
● Develop a collaborative relationship with internal and external creative teams to develop cutting-edge media assets;
● Participate in budget allocation for different channels and platforms;
● Perform other related duties as required or assigned.

Skills and Qualifications
● 3+ years of Digital Marketing Experience;
● Bachelor’s Degree, Google Adwords certificate or equivalent;
● Experience in buying media on Facebook is required; Facebook Blueprint Certification is a plus;
● Familiarity with buying media on Digital ads: Google Search, Yahoo, Youtube, and other Native Platforms;
● Copy and creative writing experience is a strong asset;
● Strong analytical, planning, and project management skills;
● You combine an entrepreneurial spirit with analytical know-how;
● A wide networking with the client and suppliers in advertising;
● You are performance-driven, want to take on a high level of responsibility, and work in a high paced, high-growth environment.
