Mô tả công việc
* Job Title: M&E CAD Drafter
* Reporting: Design Manager
* Purpose
In charge of preparing detailed combined services drawings for E&M system of the Hanoi Pilot Metro Line. The systems include:
• HVAC system,
• Dewatering system,
• Fire detection and fire fighting systems,
• Escalators and Elevators.
* Key Responsibilities
In charge of preparing M&E installation design drawings including (but not limited to):
• Prepare installation design drawings for Ducting, Piping, Cable routing and General Arrangements of E&M equipment,
• Prepare detail drawings for supporting system of Ducting, Piping and cable management system,
• Prepare Bill Of Quantities for materials based on design drawings,
• Propose design improvement when possible for installation design;
• Other duties as assigned by direct supervisor from time to time.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Degree in related field
• 3 years of relevant work experience in CAD design, layout and drawing of mechanical equipment for building systems
• Strong experience designing M&E systems in AutoCAD
• Able to handle multi-task with strong organisation skills
• Have a deep knowledge and be able to apply ASHRAE standards and guidelines
• Understand HVAC, plumbing and fire protection for building systems
• Good command of English
• 3 years of relevant work experience in CAD design, layout and drawing of mechanical equipment for building systems
