[Hot Job] Accountant

- Department: Finance & Accounting
Reporting direct: Head of Department
- Main Tasks
• Perform bank, daily general ledger bookkeeping and reconciliation
• Invoice Issuance
• Filing documents, locating resource materials to support the work;
• Prepare daily payments, periodical tax reports (CIT, VAT, PIT, FCT,…) and statistic reports
• Liaise with the banks/ tax dept for registration, amendment procedures, update, and report submission
• Reconcile AR and AP with customers and suppliers
• Assist with monthly or anually closing report;
• Providing back up support to other team members in their absence when required;
• Handle group reporting according to IFRS if being trained and assigned
• Conducting other tasks as required by Line Manager

- Education: Bachelor/Master Degree (accounting related study)
- Experience (Work): At least 2 years of related working experience
- Competencies:
• Certified accounting knowledge
• Trustworthy and discreet person
• Strong level of resilience, tenacity, flexibility and initiative
• Ability to communicate and work effectively with internal and external individuals
• Willing to handle new tasks if being assigned
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to work well in a team
- Skills:
• Experiences in accounting software (Sun Systems) and MS Office
• Good in written and spoken English
• Very good communication skills
