Under the direction of NE Sales Manager, Otis Vietnam, the basic functions of the position of NE Sales Representative are:
o Achieve booking & margin target
o Prospect new customers and develop existing customers
o Develop business network within developers, main contractors, influencers (consultants, building designers, architects…)
o Provide advise upstream the projects about OTIS products and service,
specifications and value engineering possibilities, OTIS differentiation (Safety, Green, process quality)
o Develop an accurate business pipeline, update timely, qualify projects in Active Portfolio with high probability booking – Ensure pipeline volume to achieve booking target
o Prepare business forecast monthly , report with accuracy and take commitment for actual bookings
o Comply to OTIS procedures for big and major projects follow up
o Ensure timely collection

Yêu cầu ứng viên
o Over 5 year marketing and sales experience, referable in elevator business.
o Good at English and computer skills.
o Good interpersonal ability required.
