Host Entrepreneur Trainee

1. What exactly is a Host Entrepreneur?
A Host Entrepreneur is someone who builds and grows a business by taking care of other people, the same way our Co-Founder did when he started Christina’s from just 2 listings on Airbnb.
2. What can you expect to be doing…
- Operations: From cleaning toilets to making beds, to sweeping floors and arranging flowers, or sourcing supplies, no task is too small for a Host Entrepreneur.
- Guest experience: We are hosts welcoming guests into our homes. You will be trained to communicate effectively to provide guests with the most amazing experiences as an equal, and NOT as a service employee.
- Sales & marketing: You will learn how to provide recommendations that enhance guest experiences while generating additional revenue for the company.
- Finance & budgeting: Every entrepreneur needs to know how to manage the budget of the business, from meeting revenue targets to controlling costs.
- Training & development: Not only will you be going through intensive formal trainings, you will also be expected to train other people who come after you.
- NO WORK-LIFE BALANCE: Life is too short to waste time doing things you don’t enjoy. At Christina’s, we believe that your life and your work is one and the same, fully integrated. So work when you are effective, and rest when you are tired.
