Purpose of Position:
Manage and monitor the activities and performance of the assigned team
Coaching and developing the assigned SC team
Report and support Deputy Director, Sales and Head of Hospital Business to achieve objectives of Sales Department
Responsibilities / Trách nhiệm:
Manage and monitor the activities and performance of sales team:
• Ensure the call plan of the assigned Team are highly productive
• Spend 70% on field visit and coaching with SC
• Set up performance objectives per SC base on the Companies objectives and lead the team to achieve the assigned objectives
• Ensure the team accomplishment of related contracts with customers
• Lead the team to conduct all related PRN’s programs successfully.
• Execute the PRN cooperation programs successfully
Coaching and developing the assigned SC team:
• Evaluate SC performance and give necessary training/coaching to SC (product knowledge, customer care skills…) to improve and develop their skills and competencies
• Organize weekly, monthly meeting with SC to review market situation, identify problem to find proper solution
• Up-date to SC all related information such as company policy, product knowledge, programs….
Report and support Deputy Director, Sales and Head of Hospital Business to achieve the Company’s objectives
• Accomplish and submit on time the scheduled as well as ad-hoc report related to team performance, customer feedback, market information, market survey, competitor…
Manage and control the Team expense in the most efficiency
New business development: new customers, new territory, new business opportunity. Regularly review and update customer database together with SC
Conduct the customer events in assigned territories
Create, maintain and develop relationships with customers/ partners, internal departments
Adherence the company policy on protection and confidential information/data.
We need to recruit 3 position levels:
- 1 HCMC Hospital Manager
- 1 Regional South Hospital Manager
- 1 Regional North Hospital Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
University degree in pharmaceutical or medicines.
At least 02 year experience in related position
Pharmaceutical-Market knowhow
