- Position Overview
To ensure all NBU activities and NBU projects to comply with Corporation philosophy and NBU guidelines/ process/ regulations based on principle of delivering Best Practice with remaining competitive, fair risk assessment based on sound and profitable underwriting
Ensuring NBU activities and quality to meet the objectives of the Corporation and company goals
- Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
1. Participate in setting up NBU procedures/ guidelines subject to Company’s vision and mission;
2. Handle & control NBU jobs, Reinsurance underwriting cases, Pending process, Alteration process, Re-underwriting process for favorable underwriting decision subject to balance of business competitive and risk management;
3. Invole project related to enhancement/automation NBU transaction/process, New product launching;
4. Solving requirements & complaints related to operations of team;
5. Build up & maintain Panel doctors network
6. Support Line Manager in making MI report, conducting annual case review, authority limit revision & contributing towards NBU staff development; Lead NBU team to achieve highest solidarity & work efficiency
7. Effectively building and maintaining internal & extenal relationship;
8. Duties as and when assigned by supervisor to meet the Objectives of Division and the company

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University degree, Medical or Underwriting background is priority.
• FLMI, UND386.
• Atleast 5 years of experience in NBU activities
• Atleast 2 years of NBU managerial experience
• Additional qualifications such as FALU/AALU, FCII/ACII, AAII are priority
• Proficient in English and Vietnamese both in speaking and writing
• Meticulous, organized and able to work under tight deadline and pressure
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Highly committed and self-motivated
• Ability to multitask
• Good initiative and team spirit
• Knowledge in computer software and using computer system
