[Ho Chi Minh] Warehouse Manager (Attractive Salary)

- Organization, management, and movement of all raw, in-process and finished goods materials, warehousing and distribution.
- Ensure the best management of goods without loss of damage and maximize the use of storage volumes.
- Managing, inspecting, supervising and being responsible for warehouse operations, warehouse compliance of employees on rules and regulations on fire protection, hygiene - occupational safety, 5S
- Plan, develop, organize, direct, manage and evaluate the operations and budget of warehousing facilities
- Provides input to annual budget for all logistics and warehouse operations
- Plan and manage inventory levels through interaction and collaboration with production, supply chain for long term production plans and targeted finish goods levels.
- Plan, develop, and implement warehouse health and safety, and security programs and activities
- Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within the warehouse operations department
- Coordinate with logistics team to do both import and export shipments
- Other tasks as assgined by General Manager

- At least 5 years of experience in warehouse management. Logistics knowledge is a plus
- Experience in the FMCG industry is preferable
- Excellent ability to communicate clearly, effectively and with enthusiasm (verbal communication skills) in English and Vietnamese is required
- Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
- Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
- Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases
- Ability to work with other departments, understand their processes and their constraints
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate staff effectively
