Mô tả công việc
Mainly involves Human Resources (HR) duties on Compensation and Benefits. The successful candidate will provide support to human resources functions under the compensation & benefits team, generate management reports, as well as ad-hoc HR projects.
The main responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Collect and maintain employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data
- Provide secretarial support by entering, formatting, scanning and printing information
- Control and do contract and other necessary paperwork monthly
- Conduct, prepare data for salary survey
- Make automated spreadsheets
- Manage and follow start/stop work process for employees
- Handle recruitment and manage existing candidate database
- Support preparing events that our company participate in
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Management (research, translation, etc.)

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 1 year of experience in C&B is preferred. Fresher is welcome.
- Good command of English (~ equal to IELTS 6.5 or TOEIC 800)
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Doc
- Able to work well under pressure and to meet target & deadlines
- Trustworthy, careful and organized
- Shows initiative and has a strong work ethic
- Having experience in mass recruitment is preferable, but not a must.
- Have a wide network, be active on social sites (FB, Instagram,...) is an advantage
- Working Location: 125D Minh Khai, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi
