[HN] Digital Marketing

• Develop ad hoc and long term marketing strategy to achieve business objectives (sign up, engagement on web and app).
• Plan, execute and report engagement campaigns via email and push notifications marketing channels.
• Coordinate closely with Account Management team to fulfil client’s marketing entitlements and provide post campaign performance report.
• Continuous engagement with internal staff, communicate  offers cater for employees’ welfare.
• Maintain communications with  clients to update ongoing initiatives.

• Prior experience in managing email marketing platform (eg: Responsys – Marketing. Cloud/Mailchimp/others).
• Good understanding on email marketing (database management, automation, personalization, post campaign analytics, ISPs behaviour).
• Experience with data and analytics, strategize marketing plan based on multiple business reports & trends
• Good copy writing and visual storytelling abilities to build creative EDM design with engaging content.
• Experienced with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.
• Prior experience with Google Analytics, HTML, CSS, Photoshop will be a plus.
•  Attention to detail.
