Hiring Specialist

- This position is primarily responsible for recruiting, researching, interviewing, screening and referring job candidates for clients’ job openings for successful placements. Also, responsible for increasing the volume of registered applicants using various resources.
- Obtains job orders and makes placements
- Searches and recruits potential applicants
- Interviews and screens applicants
- Develops good relationships with applicants and clients
- Performs administrative duties and works closely with team
- Communicates with coworkers and supervisors
- Performs special projects and other miscellaneous duties
- Complies with company policies, rules and procedures

- Graduates / post graduates major in HR, Business Administration, Marketing or other related fields
- Having experience in Recruitment Agency is preferable
- At least 1 year experience in HR, sales…with proven record.
- Passionate with HR Recruitment field, excellent CAN-DO attitude
- Good written and spoken English, computer literacy
- Customer service oriented and result oriented.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, out-going, flexible
- Established ability to deal with people of different backgrounds and levels
- A professional, independent, confident, excellent team-work and knowledge-sharing spirit
