Helpdesk Analyst

* The Role:
• To provide all Service Desk technical support
• To proactively manage laptops, desktops, servers,cloud other IT devices including Windows 10, android, IOS and general working
• Data backup system , storage system, CCTV
• Involves in day to day IT Operations and IT Purchase process
• Help drive compliance with SLA’s in regards to response and resolve requirements.

• Strong interpersonal skills required to effectively communicate with clients and vendors
• A passion for teamwork, continuing education, problem solving and exceptional customer service
• A passion for Digital technologies and high technology of entertainment
• This position requires dedication, persistence, follow-up, effective utilization of provided resources and unbeatable user service.
• Good English communications skills (oral & written)
• Well spoken, outgoing, organized, detail-oriented, dependable and flexible

* Key Skills and Experience
• 3+ years of experience working in technical support role
• CCNA, MCSA certified is a plus
• Good understanding of Networking and the ability to troubleshoot LAN/WAN issues
• Good knowledge in Microsoft related Operating System and Software.
• Good Computer hardware, software and peripheral troubleshooting skill.
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong documentation skills - clear and & concise written communication
• Experience with HP servers, storages, and firewalls a plus
