Mô tả công việc
- Taking care of telephone system, mailing system to ensure effective communication between Hanoi Sales Office and outsiders.
- Ensuring that the hygiene for Sales Hanoi to be maintained in a good condition.
- Managing the operation and maintenance of vehicles of Sales Hanoi to ensure that vehicles are in good condition.
- Taking care of the safety aspects in the Depot, liaising with relevant authorities for necessary legal permissions for depot operations.
- Supervising, monitoring the performance of drivers of Sales Hanoi to ensure that the assignment of vehicle usage is reasonable.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 2-year experience in administration/office services
- University graduate in Business Administration/Industry Management
- Problem-solving skills
- Be able to work under high pressure
- Communication skills
- Conversant in spoken and written English
- Good knowledge of PC (Excel, Win word, Access)
