What you will be responsible for:
- Drive development and refinement of company strategy in conjunction with the CEO;
- Continuously articulate, update and refine company growth drivers and key resourcing and capabilities to achieve targets;
- Support strategy execution across the different departments and at the overall company level;
- Shape the product roadmap and support key business decisions with deep market research and benchmarking and data analysis;
- Lead development and roll out of management dashboards and reports with actionable insights for decision making. Provide periodic reporting on key performance areas and KPIs;
- Lead and manage key projects of the company in collaboration with department heads to ensure timely completion and achievement of project objectives.

You will have the following skills and experience:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a top tier Management Consulting firm, top tier Investment Bank or Big Four Audit firm;
- Prior digital and software experience is a strong plus;
- Sound strategic thinking, with use of data and logic to backup decisions and improve understanding;
- Ability to frame, identify the elements of a whole and critically examine and relate these components parts separately and/or in relation to the whole;
- Strong in presentation / PPT and analytical skills;
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership;
- Ability to work with peers and other stakeholders to achieve company or project objectives;
- Effective cross-functional collaborator and communication.
