Mô tả công việc
- Responsible for the strategies conceptualization, program development, implementation, communications and monitoring of all reward and recognition programs to include base salary, bonuses, short-term & long-term incentives, and market pricing; benefits programs including insurances, health and wellness;
- Responsible for salary reviews to ensure relevant market bench marking and consistency of application. This will include liaising with 3rd party suppliers;
- Drives program strategy and design that aligns total rewards with Company strategy, values and mission; regularly assess the strategic relevance, internal equity and external competitiveness of the company’s benefits and compensation programs;
- Up to date market knowledge will also include current tax implications particularly in relation to benefits and pay;
- Participates in compensation surveys to collect and analyze salary information to determine company’s competitive positions;
- Develops all policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits administration and ensures all programs are in compliance with labor law and company regulations;
- Supervises a team that provides overall guidance of all compensation and benefits programs;
- Provide analytical and professional advice in areas of compensation bonus structures, variable pay, executive comp design, etc.
- Responsible for implementation and revision of grading structures and job evaluation using advanced method.
- And others tasks as assigned by the Senior Leadership

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 10 years of experience with large, or multi- national company in the design of benefits and compensation strategies, programs and policies.
- FMCG experience is preferred.
