- To physically control inventory storage and movement in storage warehouse ensuring that physical inventory is under strict custody and inventory data accuracy is maintained at high reliability.

- To supervise all Team members and ensure all processes are followed correctly

- To ensure products are put-away in a timely and effective manner, into the assigned locations

- To ensure picking, packing accurately and on-time

- Responsible for good housekeeping practices in the warehouse

- To ensure all equipment are used in a safe and efficient manner.

- To effectively communicate any operational issues to Logistics Manager

- To utilize & control the storage space efficiently

- Control safety stock and to make sure stock turn over to get target

- To do stock-take as schedule and support cycle counting

- Ensure all stock, products are arranged & picked by FIFO strictly

- Ensure any damaged, missing or expired products are reported immediately

- Ensure value added and extra services (such as bundling, wrapping...)

- To ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse within the agreed financial budgets

- Follow and control warehouse document to ensure that all documents are correct as accountant regulations

- To propose improvement for effectiveness productivity and service

- To be responsible for goods and prevent any loss

- Any other warehouse related activities as assigned by the management

- At least 10 years’ experience in warehouse and 3 years’ experience in the same position in Retail or FMCG Company

- Have ability to work with numbers accurately

- Good supervisory skills

- Effective communication at all levels

- Good working attitude and teamwork

- Trust, honesty & pro-activeness

- Good planning & organization skills

- High sense of responsibility
