The key owner and cooperate with various HR functions team to build a strong Employer Branding
Stay informed on latest trends and innovative sourcing techniques
Do proactive sourcing for positions which are commonly defined as high-risk, hard-to-fill or unique but high needs positions nationwide together early investment and engagement with potential external candidates
Provide support for the establishment of a robust external sourcing strategy to optimize quality of hiring activities such as mapping exercises, online and offline sourcing techniques …
Build strong networks with employees, acquaintances, industry professionals, social media group, headhunting agencies in order to ask for referrals and interact with potential candidates
Ensure candidate database is up-to-date and related staffing communications
Monitor to ensure young talent programs selection run smoothly and effectively
Mainly in charge for building and implementing system to boost up TA and sourcing effectively and efficiency
Manage and generate measurement reports for sourcing channels/Employer Branding Health
Manage partners and sourcing budget

Yêu cầu ứng viên
5+ years experience of Branding/Marketing, including at least 1 year of management experience
Knowledge about Recruitment /Online Recruitment System is a plus
Experience in working cross functions.
