Head of Studies/ Trưởng Bộ Phận Học Vụ

- Operation Coordination: arrange the working schedule of all staff in charge to ensure all daily services

- Recruitment: Coordinate with HR to conduct the recruitment process professionally and effectively.

- Professional Development: evaluate staff performance to have the necessary Development Plan for each person

- Quality Control: monitor, train and develop the quality of teaching and services provided

- Teaching – Conduct classes, workshops, and events (both for teachers and students)

- Budget Management – Manage scheduling cost with the schedule for both students and teachers

- Quality Control – Conduct quality control of all instructional staff

1. Qualifications

a. Bachelor degree level or above

b. Relevant professional qualifications, ESL Teacher Training Certification – TESOL, TEFL, CELTA etc. (prefer CELTA or TESOL – Trinity College) 

2. Experience, Skills and Competencies

a. At least 1 years of experience in educational fields.

b. Experience in teaching communication courses for adults.

c. Well-developed presentation, instruction and communication skills.
