Mô tả công việc
- Work with Board of Management to build up and execute departmental business plan
- Manage P&L of the business line
- Be able to capture and predict market trends to build appropriate marketing plan to help attract Partners as well as increase brand awareness and exposure
- Follow-up direct leads and convert to sales or assign to correct Partners
- Manage conflict of interests between external Partners and internal personnel
- Provide consulting or training services (general and/or technical) to direct customers and Partners when needed
- Grow relationship with current customers
- Manage and develop capability of internal team
- Assist internal customers (HR, hiring managers…) on using Talent products including trainings, analyzing

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Experience in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, Marketing and Consulting areas
- Passion and knowledge about HR and Talent Management sector in Vietnam
- Willingness to learn quickly
- Be open to changes & maintain a “Start-up” mindset
- Experience in Hubspot is a plus
- Be able to travel when required
- Excellent in negotiation, team management, customer service and consultation
- Take initiative to ensure end-results are met
- Be able to prepare and deliver creative, appealing and relevant messages to large audiences or prospects
- Be able to self-motivate
- Proficiency in Vietnamese & English
- Passion and knowledge about HR and Talent Management sector in Vietnam
