Mô tả công việc
- Review and evaluate Consumer Durables & Personal Loans channels for restructuring to optimize efficiency
- Apply new initiatives of Digital Marketing for current Sales channels and develop sales growth in next 5 years
- Develop multi-channels for Xsell to maximize conversion rate
- Take lead to have Credit Card efficiency transformation
- Deliver Sales monitoring and tracking for Sales services and enhance communication system
- Build up long term motivation programs for Sales
- Align and coordinate with other departments to have integration plan
Report to Sales Division Director and manage Unit Heads.

*Background
- University Graduate, major: Business Administration, Economics or relevant areas
- At least 03 years’ experience & knowledge of Finance product & Risk, working in bank, consumer finance or famous consulting company
- Have deep understanding in senior sales
- At least 03 years’ experience working in the same position
*Skills
- Problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Leadership and management skills
- Logical thinking, well-organized, scheduling skill
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to work under high pressure
- High responsibility
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Fluency in Vietnamese & English
