Mô tả công việc
- The Head of Sales Operations is the leader of the entire sales operations department, overseeing all of its activities. The Head of Sales is responsible for driving sales efforts in order to enhance the business’s position with consumers and to solidify the position of the business in the market.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of sales efforts and ensuring that they are aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Driving the sales and trade marketing planning and tracking processes together with implementing strategic sales projects (i.e. DMS/ SFA) to achieve the Company’s short and long-term business goals.
- Collaborate with cross- functional team to develop effective Distributor Management strategies, distributor contract, distributor sales system and Sales Force Automation. Support implementation of various Company and Departmental initiatives to achieve the strategic objectives

- FMCG experience required
- Experience in Vdeveloping markets strongly preferred
- A wide variety of experience in developing market is highly valued on the job market.
- Willingness to travel
- Good analytical skills, Creative, Very passionate
- Proactive and takes initiatives
- Hard-working and ready to work in high pressure environment
- Good interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
