ROLE PURPOSE
The Gallerie is PVA’s new and independent distribution channel, to be launched in 2nd Quarter 2019. The channel’s mission is to tap into the potentials of Urban customer segments by leveraging a new generation of young, dynamic and highly professional financial advisors, called Pru-Planners. Pru-Planners go through rigorous selection process, comprehensive learning & development program (Entrepreneurship Development Program). Pru-Planners will be developed to become Sales Director or Urban Director.
The role of the Gallerie Head of South/North is a Senior Management role and the jobholder directly reports to the Head of Gallerie Nationwide.
The Jobholder is accountable for successfully execution of the PVA Urban strategies as well as achievement of the Gallerie business objectives.
The Jobholder has primary responsibility for execution of the Gallerie strategy by establishing and leveraging the full-time professional advisors (Pru-Planners) to create value and competitive advantage for the targeted customer segments, and to deliver a truly differentiate service proposition.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
- Develop the Gallerie Implementation Plan & Direction in North or South region focusing on developing & accelerating young & dynamic full-time agents, sales leaders, high educated GAD generation to focus on growing Urban customer segments.
- Design and implement the Gallerie development strategy, including management framework, business action plans and channel expansion in North/ South region.
- Be responsible for overseeing the consistent delivery of sales acquisition of the Gallerie South or North regions, while maintaining service excellence by ensuring every contact with customer are optimized and delivering incremental value.
- Stay vigilant and keeping abreast with market development and competition to timely response in terms of product, business strategy and sales tactics.
- Be responsible for APE contribution by leading BDM and Pru-Planners of the delegated Region to achieve and exceed the APE Target; Closely monitoring the Region monthly APE performance and timely address sales performance issue to minimize Channel’s business impact.
People Management:
- Be accountable for attracting & retaining the good people by strictly adhering to i) the Recruitment & Selection criteria/process; ii) the structured training program; iii) Pru-Planner, Urban Manager, Urban Director career roadmaps; and iv) Business Development Manager career roadmap.
- Build succession pipeline & develop capable talents for The Gallerie in North or South Region by providing frequently sales coaching/ development coaching to BDM.
- Be accountable for sales quality and customer services by frequently/timely conducting sales coaching and providing service guidance to BDM and Pru-Planners to address all quality & service issues.
- Be responsible for deploying and managing the implementation of EDP Program together with Training Team.
Operation, Risk Management & Other:
- Direct the enforcement of need-based sales process, policies & procedures, local regulations, internal control & operational risks to ensure full adherence to PVA legal and regulatory requirements across the functional area of the Gallerie South/North.
- Be responsible for effectively planning and controlling budget for The Gallerie in South or North region.
- Provide advice/ consultancy based in market intelligence & participate in designing an effective incentive/ compensation plan to create pay for performance culture and to increase Pru-Planner’s motivation.
- Be accountable for fostering a compliance culture as well as managing operational & compliance risks by liaising with the Compliance Coordinator to implement PVA internal controls & Group Compliance Policies.
- Other tasks and projects as assigned by managers.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Educational background and professional experience
- University degree in Business Administration/ Finance and Banking/ Economics/ Insurance
- Advantage: Master’s degree
- More than 7 years of experience in frontline sales & customer management
- Working experience in Finance & Banking and/or Insurance industry
- Good understanding of Insurance market and Financial services in Vietnam
- Good command of English in both writing and speaking
