Head of Retail Loan Risk Management

- Management of key strategic risk frameworks (e.g. credit risk and market risk…)
- Leader of credit scorecard development, scoring decision engine, risk modeling, credit portfolio quality review and management, enterprise risk management framework, risk appetite, financial risk policies
- Provide full-cycle leadership for development of state-of-the-art credit risk and scorecard models including data exploration, design, estimation, implementation
- Develop, implement, and monitor credit policies and credit scoring system for digital lending business
- Review current product programs and keep track on policy changes in the automated credit process
- Participate in new product development, campaigns and product revisions. Discuss product initiatives in constructive way to find compromise between risk control and business growth
- Manage current portfolio and credit risk exposure, provide recommendations and improvements in credit decision engine
- Maintain regular awareness of trends and developments in credit risk assessment, scoring and modeling technologies, risk analytics and finance with focus on incorporating strategic continuous improvements to process.
- Working in close cooperation with related departments to monitor and analyze credit performance and operational performance to identify problem and potential improvements, propose and take corrective actions
- Design and ensure automated processes, cooperate with vendors and apply new technology to mitigate operational risk and fraud scheme. Initiate and control changes in IT systems accordingly.

• Minimum 5 years leading development and implementation of credit risk models.
- Candidates with prior credit card/ personal loan modeling experiences preferred.
- Ability to lead complex modeling project efficiently and accurately under various conditions such a tight time frames, on remote assignment, using alternative toolsets, independently, collaboratively, etc.
- Very strong analytical, problem solving and judgment skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skill in English.
